Q: What is an escape room?
A: An Escape Game is a real-life escape game that consist of players, in groups of 2 or more, that are locked in a room and have 60 minutes to find clues, solve puzzles and work together as a team to escape the room before time runs out. As a normal part of Escape Games, teams are allowed to ask for clues from their Game Master to assist in their progress. Teams that work together have the highest success rate.
Q: Are we really locked in a room?
A: Yes and no. You are hypothetically locked in the room. For safety reasons, you can walk out of the room whenever you need to. However, once you leave the room, your game is over.
Q: Who can play?
A: Any one can play! See below for our age requirements. Please contact us if you are looking to book a party or team build!
Q: How many people can play in one room?
A; Our rooms can each comfortably hold 8-10 players. Contact us for further details - we can always accommodate larger groups with multiple rooms!
Q: Will I be in a room with people I do not know?
A: NO. The minimum amount of players in each room is two. For safety precautions our rooms are all private parties.
Q: What are the age requirements?
A: Escape rooms can be played by all ages. The game is best suited for 12 and up however younger players are welcome. Participant(s) 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Participants under 16 must have their waiver signed by an adult.
Q: Can we reschedule?
Absolutely! Rescheduling must be done within 24 hours of your reservation. You can do that by calling us at 239-292-9431.

Q: When should I arrive?
A: We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your booked time. This allows us to go over directions and rules for the game. If you are late, you will have less time in the room. Although we wish we could wait for you, it would not be fair to the next group.
Q: Can I come without booking beforehand?
A: We recommend booking online or giving us a call before coming in so we can guarantee you a spot!
Q: How far ahead should I book?
A: Spots fill up fast! You should book as soon as you can.
Q: Can I book a party?
A: Absolutely! Contact us as soon as you know the date so we can reserve rooms for your party!
Q: Do you sell gift certificates?
